The hotel's location is unbeatable, just steps away from the subway station and in a convenient spot for exploring the city. the room was clean and the staff was helpful. there were two restaurants within the hotel to choose from.

The breakfast was just mediocre and the WiFi connection wasn't the best.

Friendly n helpful staff.Good location right beside Yantang Line 3 lrt Station. Baiyun International Airport South is directly link with Line 3 lrt also. Just a few stops from the airport.Good place to stay if you are using Light Rail Transport as your main transport.

Price can be a bit lower to suit more customers of medium range.

The location is excellent. Right by a Metro stop & only 1 stop from train station. Easy to get a taxi here. Also great location for a cable car trip up the Baiyu mountain which is worth a visit. The young man on the desk made a big effort to speak English & was helpful when we discovered we'd left our passports in the last hotel. Room was fine. Only a shower but it was big. Rooms were quiet & dark. Breakfast was also quite good with omlettes cooked while you wait and a range of pastries & fruit. For the price this hotel is very good value.

Everything was OK for a basic hotel & stay.

I had a great stay in this hotel during my city trip. The staff members were friendly and polite, always willing to help. The location was perfect and easily accessible via public transport, with a metro station just a few steps away. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the comfortable and clean room with a great view.

There were a few downsides. The internet connection was quite slow, making it difficult to stream videos or work online.

A most enjoyable and plesant stay at the hotel. The entire staff were very hospitable and courteous and ever willing to assist you.The hotel is located a little distance from the hub of the city and hence is quiet and peaceful.The breakfast provided has tremendous variety and is very good.

Being away from the hub of the city it was ,at times, difficult to get a taxi to go into town and more so to get back to it.

I had an amazing stay at this 4-star hotel! The location couldn't be more convenient, as it's right next to the metro station. I loved how easy it was to explore the city using the metro, and there were also plenty of other transportation options nearby. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, especially the English-speaking receptionists. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the daily room service was efficient. I also appreciated the range of amenities provided, such as the ironing facilities and in-room safe. this place exceeded my expectations and provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The rooms are clean. Personel is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very reach, especialy if you compare with other Chineese hotels. It was our second staying in this hotel. If we come to Guangzhou again, we will choose this hotel too

The hotel is conveniently located near a subway station and one stop away from the railway station. the rooms are well-maintained, clean, and safe. the breakfast is typical Chinese style with a few western food options. the staff is friendly and willing to help with requests.

The check-in process was slow due to language barriers. Some of the rooms were smoking rooms and had a strong smell of cigarettes.
